Visits project for visual acuity control and surgery camp

Our goal is to plan and make a maximum of visits to health centers and various schools for visual acuity checks. So we can also detect cases of cataracts and various ocular pathologies (glaucoma, retinal diseases, oculoplasty, ....) In 2019, more than 1,000 students were consulted in one month by hospital optometrists, including the "Tatali" orphanage in Bhaktapur of the Italian Swiss NGO "Kam For Sud" as well as government schools in areas remote rural areas.
